Privacy Policy

We collect the details you type into our contact form, plus privacy-friendly, cookieless page analytics. We don't run advertising trackers, we don't sell data, and we don't set marketing cookies.

When you submit the contact form we receive and store:

• Your name and email address (required).
• Your company name and service interest, if you fill them in.
• The message you write.
• Your IP address and browser user-agent, recorded alongside the message to detect spam and abuse.

We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to count page views and see which pages people find useful. It sets no cookies, stores no identifier on your device, and does not follow you across other websites. It records the page URL, referrer, and coarse device and country information — never anything that identifies you personally.

Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, also processes standard request data (IP address, user-agent, timestamps) to serve and protect the site. That is a normal part of delivering any website.

Contact details are used solely to read your enquiry and reply to it, and to keep the form from being abused by bots. Analytics are used only to understand which pages are worth improving. We do not use either for newsletters, profiling, or advertising, and we will not contact you about anything unrelated to your enquiry.

Your message is emailed to us through Resend, our email delivery provider, and stored in a Cloudflare D1 database. Both act as processors on our behalf. Nobody else receives your data, and we never sell or rent it.

These providers operate internationally, so your data may be processed on servers outside Indonesia.

Contact enquiries are kept for up to 24 months so we have a record of conversations with prospective and existing clients, then deleted. Spam-prevention counters are discarded within 24 hours.

We set no tracking or advertising cookies. The site stores a single theme value in your browser's local storage to remember whether you chose light or dark mode. It never leaves your device.

Signing in to our internal developer panel sets one essential, HTTP-only session cookie. That area is staff-only and is not reachable from the public site.

Email us and we will tell you what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. No account or form required — just ask, and we’ll confirm once it’s done.

If this policy changes we'll update the date at the top of this page. Material changes affecting people who have already contacted us will be communicated by email.
